CRUG LTD has recently acquired 100% percent of the shares in WÅGENE PURIFINER TECHNOLOGY AS and expects major global synergies
WÅGENE PURIFINER TECHNOLOGY, which has its roots in Sandefjord, Norway dating back to 1976, has global shipping and maritime industry and Nordic land-based industries in focus for its efficient WÅGENE PURIFINER oil cleaning systems. In addition, they now have access to CRUG’s extensive network of 6 sales and service centers in Europe and networks of sales offices Worldwide for global maritime customers.
Major synergies
WÅGENE PURIFINER TECHNOLOGY and CRUG have complimentary customers and product groups in the shipping and maritime industries. “Here we see great synergies in joint production, warehousing, sales and marketing, and excellent customer follow-up globally,” say the two managers George Zambartas at CRUG and Åge S. Following the acquisition, WÅGENE PURIFINER TECHNOLOGY as well as CRUG, like other subsidiaries MARINE POWER GROUP ™ will continue under its existing name with the solid addition to MARINE POWER GROUP™. The current employees continue in their positions and look forward to the collaboration with CRUG’s manufacturing and worldwide operations in shipping and maritime industries.
